Stengeventil for trykkluftanlegg
Denne enkle ventilen sikrer at hele eller deler av trykkluftanlegget kan stenges av når det ikke er behov for trykkluftforsyning.
Dette sikrer forbedret øknomi ved at unødvendige lekkasjer stoppes uten at andre deler av anlegget som trenger trykkluft blir berørt.
kontrollenheten er strømdrevet men kan overstyres manuelt.
I styreenheten er det mulighet for å legge inn ukeprogram med 7 dagers arbeidssyklus eller enheten kan styres med bryter. Det kan legges inn max 100 bryter punkter over 7 dager slik at man stenge og åpne til mange forskjellige tidspunkt.
åpning/stenging skjer på en myk måte ved at åpning/stenging tar ca. 30 sekunder fra signal gis. Man unngår dermed momentan stenging med de problemer det kan gi.
Anslutning på G1 er 1" gjengeanslutning. (Storebror G2 har 2" anslutning).

For years the AIR-SAVER has helped end users to save valuable compressed air from escaping unnecessarily, reducing compressor running hours and thus extending its lifetime, saving energy and operating costs.
The AIR-SAVER is typically installed on the air outlet of the air receiver. Alternatively it is applied in larger factories to close off certain parts of the compressed air system, where during certain parts of the day no compressed air is required.
A typical compressed air system has air loss 24 hours per day through pipe works connections and leaking float type drains etc. By installing an AIR-SAVER the end user will limit these types of air losses to the operating hours only. At the end of the (department) working day the AIR-SAVER will close off the air flow and prevents further loss of valuable compressed air.
